Privacy Policy
Our clients' privacy and confidentiality are of upmost importance to JaluMedia. We take every possible step in our ability to safeguard your privacy. We do not rent, sell or intentionally share any such individual log information. The only time we may disclose such information applies in cases as pointed out in clause 2.

5. Questions & concerns
We take privacy infringements very serious and therefore we act on any such concerns as soon as possible, given our technical and human resource limitations. Any specific concerns or incidents shall be brought forward to JaluMedia immediately by contacting us as pointed out in clause 9 of this privacy policy.
JaluMedia follows a zero tolerance policy when it comes to privacy. Any unlawful activities of third parties and intentional employee misconducts may be notified to the authorities and JaluMedia reserves the right to take separate legal actions against anybody who breaches the privacy of our users and clients.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that JaluMedia does not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.
By using our website or services, you must acknowledge and agree that JaluMedia cannot be held liable for any potential and/or actual loss or damage, whether personal or financial, you may suffer or incur as a result of personal information you provided or made available by using our website or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold JaluMedia and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, suppliers, customers and licensees of content (collectively, the " JaluMedia Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by any JaluMedia Party as a result of or in connection with (i) any breach by you or anyone acting on your behalf of any of the provisions of these terms; (ii) any violation by you of applicable law; and (iii) any use or alleged use of the website, content or our services by you or anyone within your control.
JaluMedia reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with JaluMedia's defense of such claim. JaluMedia may deduct its costs of obtaining any recovery from the amount of the recovery (including, without limitation, reasonable lawyers' fees and all other costs).
You hereby specifically indemnify and forever hold JaluMedia harmless from and against:
a) Third parties unlawfully obtaining your private information;
b) Unforeseen errors for which JaluMedia did not act negligent;
c) Any sort of Act of God that leads to a breach of your privacy;
d) Personal information you made available to a third party.

8. Changes to privacy policy
JaluMedia reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time in order to comply with changes to laws, regulations and to prevent potential loopholes. Clients will be notified about major changes that affect the way we treat their personal information through their primary email address that we have on file or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
